Answer (1 of 3): As Divya Leekha mentions, pictures (bitmaps) sort of ‘float’ on top of the text. Click Tools->Macro->Macros, select the macro you named in. End macro recording (Click the stop button on the little macro recording window) 2. Click the mouse in the cell containing the invoice number you want incremented. Type the letter in the shortcut key box that you want to use to invoke the macro.
